  3. Are late orders accepted?
    Yes, we will accept late orders, but they will be shipped and invoiced separately.
     
  4. Is there a minimum order?
    No, we appreciate all orders.
     
  5. Do we have to buy stock inventory?
    No, you do not have to buy any stock inventory.
     
  6. How long do we wait to receive the products?
    We ship 15 working days after the order is received.
     
  7. How is payment accomplished?
    This is a pre-paid program, so checks should be made out to the organization.
     
  8. How is money collection handled?
    You will be provided with easy-to-use accounting forms.
     
  9. How is product received and distributed?
    Product is always packed by the student to assure accuracy.  The packing can also be done by the class, teacher or group.
     
  10. How many have to be in a group?
    No group is too large or too small.
     
  11. Are there prize incentives for selling?
    Yes, the program is included at no extra cost to your group.  Prizes are awarded when 7 and 15 items are sold.
     
  12. What materials are supplied to sell your fundraiser?
    Each student receives a brochure and order forms.
     
  13. What kind of results can I expect from this fundraiser?

    Standard shipping is UPS ground from Arlington, Texas.

Hints for Sponsors

  1. Only one line of engraving per item.
     

  2. Only 24 characters per item, including spaces, commas and periods.
     

  3. Checks should be made payable to your organization, not .
     

  4. Make a cut-off day a few days prior to mail date.  Use accounting forms to verify student participation, number of items ordered and dollar amounts received from each student.  Keep a copy for your records.
     

  5. Appoint someone to double check orders before sending them in to us.  If students have more than one order form, keep them together but DO NOT staple them.  Send your order forms grouped the way you want them packed (by teacher, class, etc.)
     

  6. Send both the white and yellow copies of the order form.  The pink copies are for your records.  The gold, perforates copies are customer receipts.  For this reason the order forms need to be filled out starting at the bottom of the page.
     

  7. The white copy of the order form will come back with the student's individually packaged order.
     

  8. When all pens are received, please have everyone check their orders promptly.  All product to be corrected must be returned at one time in the pre-labeled service order box provided.
     

  9. You have up to 15 working days to return the product to .  Corrections will be done in 5 working days.  They will be shipped back to the school or organization by UPS for tracking purposes.
